Last updated: October 10, 2026Applies to: Floridigital websites, community access, memberships, support, and portal services

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Floridigital LLC ("Floridigital," "we," "us," or "our"). By using a Floridigital website, joining a Floridigital community space, buying a membership, requesting support, or using a Floridigital account or portal, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them.

If you use Floridigital on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Floridigital services

Floridigital provides consumer technology support and community services. Services may include public community access, paid community resources, workshops, office hours, managed accounts, software setup, workspace or onsite services, technical support, newsletters, guides, templates, and related offerings.

Specific benefits depend on the plan, invitation, service description, availability, vendor access, capacity, and any written agreement that applies to that service. We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue services when needed for security, legal compliance, vendor changes, maintenance, capacity, cost, or operational reasons.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and recovery information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your credentials.

Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, paid memberships and managed accounts are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. Do not create an account or submit personal information for a child without prior written approval from Floridigital and any required parent or guardian consent.

Memberships and account access are personal to the approved user. You may not sell, transfer, share, rent, or sublicense your account or membership benefits without written permission from Floridigital.

4. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, taxes, included benefits, and cancellation options are shown at checkout, in the membership description, or in a written service agreement. Third-party payment processors may process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Unless checkout or a written agreement says otherwise, recurring plans renew until canceled. Canceling a plan may end access to paid benefits at the end of the paid period or earlier if required for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or policy violations.

Some services depend on third-party licenses, annual commitments, setup work, procurement, or capacity reservations. Those services may have different cancellation, refund, or offboarding terms.

5. Community rules and acceptable use

You agree to follow the Rules of Conduct and any posted rules for a specific community, event, workspace, or service. You may not use Floridigital services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, send spam, impersonate others, evade security controls, scrape or overload systems, or interfere with another person's use of Floridigital.

Floridigital may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, restrict access, or terminate membership when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect people, systems, vendors, legal compliance, or the integrity of the community.

6. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of content you submit, upload, post, or store through Floridigital, subject to any rights held by others. You give Floridigital a limited license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, format, moderate, and process your content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the services you use.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to post or store your content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless the service has been specifically approved for that use.

If you send ideas, suggestions, corrections, or other feedback, Floridigital may use that feedback without owing compensation, as long as we do not misrepresent you or disclose personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.

7. Managed accounts and administrative access

Some Floridigital services may include organization-managed accounts, email, collaboration tools, hosting, storage, or software access. These accounts are not the same as purely personal accounts. Authorized administrators may have technical ability to provision access, reset credentials, revoke sessions, view logs, recover data, export data, preserve records, or access account content when reasonably necessary.

Floridigital uses administrative access only for legitimate operational reasons, such as support requests, onboarding, offboarding, security incidents, abuse reports, service maintenance, legal compliance, or protecting Floridigital and other users. You are responsible for maintaining a separate personal email address and independent copies of important personal data.

8. Third-party services

Floridigital may link to or integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, community platforms, cloud providers, software vendors, social networks, and support tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Floridigital is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Floridigital aims to provide practical, reliable help, but services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific outcomes, employment results, certifications, business results, or compatibility with every device, service, or workflow.

Floridigital does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice unless a separate written agreement expressly says so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floridigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Floridigital services at any time, subject to any payment, cancellation, return, offboarding, or data-retention terms that apply. Floridigital may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, policy violations, fraud, security risk, safety concerns, legal compliance, vendor requirements, or discontinuation of a service.

Where practical, Floridigital will provide notice and an opportunity to correct nonemergency issues. Urgent safety, security, abuse, or legal concerns may require immediate action.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Floridigital grows and as services, laws, vendors, or risks change. The "Last updated" date will show when the terms changed. If changes materially affect paid services, we will try to provide reasonable notice when practical.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law cannot be waived or a separate written agreement says otherwise.
