Public access is free and happens through Discord (preferred) or Slack. Use it for quick questions, announcements, basic orientation, and finding the first next step in your technology journey.
Community Lite
Lite is for member resources, private rooms, reusable guides, templates, guide requests, and the biweekly member newsletter. It is the quieter paid tier for organized references and asynchronous help.
Community Plus
Plus adds workshops, office hours, tech clinics, and review opportunities as scheduling allows. It is for people who want live help around accounts, devices, workflows, and projects.
Floridigital Pro
New software, licenses, hardware purchases, procurement work, or higher-touch support may change pricing or be billed separately. Pro starts at $199/month.
Floridigital Select
Ask about SelectSelect is reviewed individually for onsite access, private network resources, equipment, and amenities. Device purchases can run through Floridigital, with setup and handoff before pickup.
