Some third-party services linked from Floridigital, such as payment processors, Discord, Slack, Microsoft, social networks, or other software providers, have their own privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled by this policy.

For organization-managed accounts or services, we may process account identifiers, email and collaboration records, files, access logs, device and security events, license assignments, configuration records, support history, and administrative activity records.

Floridigital does not intend to sell personal information. Floridigital also does not intend to use member content to train unrelated AI models.
5. Managed accounts and administrative access
A Floridigital managed account is controlled by an organization. Authorized administrators may be technically able to reset credentials, revoke sessions, review logs, search or export data, preserve information, recover deleted items, remove content, or access account content when reasonably necessary.
Administrative access is limited to legitimate operational purposes, such as fulfilling a support request, provisioning or offboarding a service, investigating a security or abuse concern, maintaining service health, complying with law, or protecting Floridigital and other users. Floridigital does not access member content for curiosity, retaliation, personal interest, or unrelated monitoring.
6. Cookies and analytics
Floridigital websites and third-party tools may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, or similar technologies to keep services working, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure campaigns, detect abuse, and secure accounts. Browser settings may let you block or delete some cookies, but some features may not work correctly without them.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, resolving disputes, maintaining records, enforcing agreements, meeting legal or accounting obligations, preserving security logs, and operating backups. Retention periods may differ by service, data type, vendor, and legal requirement.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact Floridigital to request access, correction, export, deletion, unsubscribe assistance, or review of a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some requests may be limited by security, legal, accounting, vendor, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute, or operational needs.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link where provided or by contacting us. Service, security, billing, legal, and transactional messages may still be sent when needed.
9. Security
Floridigital uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure. You should use strong authentication, keep recovery information current, sign out of shared devices, and maintain independent copies of important personal data.
10. Children and teens
Floridigital services are not intended for children under 13. Paid memberships and managed accounts are intended for adults unless Floridigital publishes a separate minor-participation process and obtains any required consent. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Floridigital services, vendors, laws, and practices change. The "Last updated" date will show when the policy changed.
